Team… to quote the great philosopher, former US Army MP, and one hell of an arm wrestler… Kafi A. J.… “I love how great people always know other great people”.… Let’s chew on that for a minute… I’m hoping you’re thinking about one of “the greats” in your life….. and then, thinking through who that person associates with? Guaranteed you’re easily seeing a network of other great people… it’s a simple and wildly true statement. It is also a perfect description for the experience I had this week. With Udacity Being very newly acquired into Accenture, every interaction is a new learning experience. This week I was at the Accenture GenAI executive gathering in Washington DC. I quickly found, and experienced some incredibly great Accenture team members. (Britaini Carroll, Marty Rodgers, Dwayne Brown, PMP, SAFe, CSPO, Bill Marion, Kafi A. J., Maggie Pollard and of course Allison Horn in spirit! and so many more) Even more importantly was to be able to get to know many of the great clients that these folks are supporting. I learned so much in the discussions I had with them. These leaders are on the front lines of learning, protecting, and harnessing the power of AI… absolute trailblazers. All of us in some way or another will benefit from the hard work they are doing every day. These are the leaders that are defining the next generation of human and computer interaction. Tip of the old hat to all of them truly!

I worked closely with Scott Deadrick for a long time. I’m not even sure where to start…. Scott was behind some of the biggest enterprise deals ever landed when we worked together at a prior company. I’ve been on many in person customer sales meetings with scott… and I’ve never seen a better person at digging in and truly providing consultative value in a sales process, helping customers understand and solve challenges that they themselves were having difficulty figuring out. If you or anyone in your network have an enterprise sales role open, that requires someone that can manage all levels of stakeholders, provide unique consultative selling skills, deliver deep value, and turn customers into raving fans…. It's official, official. This next chapter of both Udacity and Accenture LearnVantage, is going to be monumental. Seeing behind the curtain of the grand vision that Accenture has, to completely disrupt the industry is humbling to be a part of. The vision to enable the worlds enterprises through this critical shift in technology, is incredibly exciting. So much work to do... but couldn't be more ready to get after it as a part of Accenture!

Though I haven't worked directly with Introductable.com directly... I love the concept... going beyond "cold outreach" through a system of warm introductions to high impact people for your business. Also... anyone that Michelle Buechler vouches for... you can guarantee is money!! (Well done to Jeffrey Buechler... love this idea!!)
