The American Express Centurion Lounge at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is located in Terminal D, across from gate D12. It is open daily from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM and spans approximately 13,000 square feet.Travelers can access the lounge by taking the elevator located behind the reception desk. The lounge features a rectangular layout with a distinctive and attractive interior design. The space is divided into two wings: left and right. The left-wing houses the dining area and bar, offering a variety of seating options suitable for solo travelers, couples, and groups. Many seats near the windows have power outlets, allowing guests to charge their devices while enjoying their meals. Past the dining area, there is an additional seating space with conference tables near the business center. The right-wing features more seating options, a coffee station, and a “nap” area with lounge-style chairs, although these seats are not entirely private. The Centurion Lounge at DFW offers a range of amenities to enhance the travel experience: Exhale Spa:Guests can enjoy complimentary spa services, including chair massages, facial treatments, and hand services. Shower Suites: The lounge features shower suites equipped with towels and soaps for guests to freshen up during their stay. You must make a reservation at the front desk. Family Room: A dedicated kids’ play area is available, featuring fun-themed wallpaper, colored stools, books, games, and small toys to keep children entertained. Conference Space: At the end of the left-wing, a small meeting facility is located. It is equipped with a circular conference table, chairs, a phone, and a television showing daily news. Business Center:The lounge offers a computer bar, high-speed Wi-Fi, and print, fax, and copy services for business travelers. The Centurion Lounge at DFW boasts an impressive dining experience. Food: The lounge features a full buffet with a rotating selection of dishes from different parts of the world, as well as light snacks. The food options are mouthwatering and cater to foodies seeking to experience diverse flavors. Celebrity chef offerings are sometimes available, adding to the culinary excitement. Beverages: The bar has a welcoming and fun atmosphere, with a long granite countertop and several bar-top seats. The co*cktail menu is a significant upgrade from traditional airline lounges, tempting guests to sample an array of fun drinks.Draft beer, sparkling wine, vodka, and other options are also available. The American Express Centurion Lounge at DFW is one of the best lounges in the airport, offering an exceptional experience for travelers with extended layovers. The upgraded food options, featuring a diverse selection of exotic dishes and celebrity chef offerings, are a standout feature that sets this lounge apart from others. The complimentary spa services at Exhale Spa are a welcome treat, allowing guests to relax and rejuvenate during their travels. The shower suite is another appreciated amenity, especially for those on long journeys. The lounge’s layout and seating options cater to various needs, whether you’re looking to work, socialize, or simply unwind. The family room is a thoughtful addition, providing a dedicated space for children to play without disturbing other guests. However, the lounge can get quite crowded at times, which may lead to a shortage of seating and longer wait times for restrooms. The men’s bathroom, in particular, only has two stalls and two urinals, which may result in a wait during busy periods. Despite these minor drawbacks, the American Express Centurion Lounge at DFW remains the top choice for travelers seeking a premium lounge experience. The combination of excellent food and beverages, complimentary spa services, and diverse amenities make this lounge a must-visit for eligible cardholders.Layout and Seating
