Hearts of Darkness and Vine - The Hunt is a suite of two plugins that effectively change the way you explore and play the game. They are oriented towards a vampire, witch and daedra hunter kind of gameplay, in the spirit of what I previously created for Special Edition (Hearts of Darkness and Vine - The Hunt - Witch Hunter Adventures Custom Followers Weapons Powers Combat Creatures Player Homes at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)).
Foreword: Some users might call this type of mod "feature creep". Those users need to get their mods modularly, one by one, instead of this, my mod. Hearts of Darkness and Vine - the Hunt follows the same overhaul logic as Bikiniborn EX, be aware. Both mod sections (The Wilds and The Hunted) are, however, independent from one another, so so you will be able to use only one of them in your game if you prefer (although I have designed them to work in tandem).
Hearts of Darkness and Vine the Hunted
Adds new undead and beast-slaying swords to the game, as well as stakes. Adds a (male for now) follower to the game, who visits a different inn each night of the week, and who carries descriptions of witch hunting missions in his inventory. These will direct you to exterminate certain dwellings of magical abominations in an effort to eliminate them. The only reward is the spoils of those hunts, with certain special loot that will allow you to craft new weapons against the Darkness. Dawnguard will buy vampire dust for good septims. Speaking of vampires, there will be a strongbox in Dragonsreach with more contracts, this time against vampires, besides you will stumble across additional vampire hideouts. There are two player homes, one is a more secluded and quaint cabin in the woods (with all amenities still), the other is a fort nestled in the mountains near a waterfall, with a great view. Before you can find these places, or when you're travelling, you will be able to rent out a room at any inn for periods of time from three days to a month. Fire, Ice and Lightning will now have a chance to leave their mark on corpses, and undead creatures will rise again (configurable through MCM). During your travels, you will find uniquely skilled and/or strong enemies, always be on your guard!
Hearts of Darkness and Vine - The Wilds
Adds many custom daedric, vampiric and summoned beasts to Skyrim, adds several summoning spells, new and dangerous locations, dark weapons, incredible danger for a fledgling hunter. You will need to progress with care and thoughtfulness, otherwise your journey will end before it starts. Running away from a battle you can't win is no shame, as there will be another day when you are stronger and better prepared.
Requirements and Load Order:
These are large mods, with much content. I have placed Hearts of Darkness and Vine in my Creatures and Animals section, ABOVE Bikiniborn EX The Wilds but below everything else there. The Hunted I have placed in the Quests/Gameplay Changes section, again above Bikiniborn EX Northern Huntress but below everything else.
This requires SKSE, SkyUI, Papyrus Scripting Utilities and powerofthree's Papyrus Extender, you should already have all of these installed. Animation Limit Crash Fix and several other fixes to the engine like Crash Fixes, Bug Fixes and more are also very important, as the mod effectively adds quite a lot of content - meaning you NEED to have a stable build of Skyrim, or else you'll spend half the time crashing, but I assume this is no news for you, and it's also not an issue of this mod.

WeReLight Classic Weathers and Lighting Redone at Skyrim Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)- Complex and highly varied weathers, dynamic weathers per season, color profile presets interchangeable through a book menu, darker dungeons, emphasized shadows, window shadows, vanilla-friendly interior locations overhaul (inns and taverns), sneak-effective shadows placement conformed to vanilla, conformed to USLEEP changes. Perfect fit for either HHaley's Kwanon ENB or Aequinoctium ENB, but perfectly playable without ENB entirely (just the speed hacks of course).
Nirnfeel DynaMo Classic Immersion Needs Survival Combat Magic Overhaul at Skyrim Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)- my gameplay overhaul, needs, cold weather survival, vanilla weapon mesh replacement, full combat overhaul, spell tome mastery, gear restrictions, fast travel restrictions, skill book overhaul, addiction to skooma, potion toxicity, bathing in Skyrim, lock bashing, craftsmiths take orders, vampire gameplay overhaul, werewolf hunger, food spoilage, simple camping gear, and more!
Gleanerborn - Resourcefulness of Skyrim LE (Backport) at Skyrim Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)- Crafting overhaul, brew all Nord drinks, cook all Nord cheeses and desserts, craft rustic wands, craft advanced wood and ebony wands, shield wands with defensive spells, weaponize clutter, make clothes, craft previously innacessible gear and weapons, upcycle gear and potions, sew spell tomes, previously unaccessible vanilla spells, new custom spells, arrows and projectiles, smelt silver items into silver ingots, and much more!
Erisa the Unseeing - Prologue of Mana Vault Adventures at Skyrim Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)- Erisa is, for now, a simple vanilla voiced, fully custom body shape, skin and armored follower. This is the starting point to a mod that intends to add new followers, enemies, weapons and more!
Bikiniborn EX Huntress of Skyrim Classic at Skyrim Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)- Make Bikini Armor IMMERSIVE! But not only that: sail boats, attack underwater, hunt new creatures across the water and land, smith new weapons and shields, craft pouches, bags, bandoliers and backpacks, find a power armor, find powerful weapons, chill out by the lake in a new exterior hut with several amenities, and much, much more! This mod also includes my specially tweaked UUNP Bodyslide Preset Delicious Growth, that I HIGHLY recommend you use for your female characters.
Mana Vault Music Compilation at Skyrim Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)- compiles music from three of my favourite Skyrim soundtrack authors, Nyghttones (Nyghtfall and all addons), Vindsvept (Vyndsvept Music for Skyrim 2018), and Jared Alexander Johnson (Songs to Play Skyrim to - backported by me), and adds it seamlessly to the game (does NOT replace vanilla music).
Installing these and their requirements, along with Hearts of Darkness and Vine, WILL effectively change the way you play Skyrim, allowing you to focus the remaining slots before the 254 plugin limit for retextures, quests, custom armor, custom weapons, followers, new lands and adventures.
