I'm grateful for the last 4 years at Fresenius Medical Care!After spending most of my career in Customer Experience, I got to dabble in Employee Experience, build complex feedback programs to measure training and educational initiatives and dig into DE&I. I started the first ethnic based Employee Resource Group to support Asian Americans and their allies! Got 2 promotions along the way due to having a great boss and amazing mentors.With 20+ years in analytics/insights, and 12+ focused on the Customer Experience, I hope my LinkedIn network can help me transition to my next career opportunity.
