Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Product Manager to own and lead product initiatives within our Lunchbox product suite, including the definition, launch, and successful go-to-market of new products and features. This individual must possess a blend of business and technical savvy. We want someone who’s experienced in product management in a startup and comfortable with a fast-paced high-growth environment, which means you’ll be given ownership and great responsibility.
Lunchbox is a full-service online platform that manages lunch programs and fundraising initiatives featuring national chains and local area restaurants for schools across Canada. The service partners with schools and vendors to make the often labor-intensive and highly administrative lunch program process paperless and cashless. The online platform allows parents to order and pay for lunches on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, providing parents, children, and schools with a safe, efficient, and contactless service while supporting local area restaurants and providing schools with fundraising dollars. Lunchbox is well-positioned to achieve major and rapid growth which is a top strategic focus for KEV Group.
Collaborating regularly with the CEO and Executive Leadership team, you will drive execution of the product strategy for the Lunchbox, and will coordinate all parts of the product’s lifecycle, from ideation to successful go-to-market. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company, including working with sales and marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, aligning on product positioning, key benefits, and target users. You will also work closely with product design, product owners, and engineering leadership to define requirements, set clear priorities, and review schedules to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and solicit customer feedback to understand and represent user needs in building business cases and implementing future improvements and iterations of the product line.
Take ownership for go-to-market for your product, including product launches, positioning, pricing, packaging, value proposition/messaging, release notes, and sales enablement.
Achieve or exceed revenue, usage and adoption, operationalization, and customer satisfaction metrics/goals.
Capture and groom a backlog of all feature requests, prioritize and defend the product roadmap, and be a successful product leader for your product line.
Develop and implement smart, relevant, and quantifiable success metrics for all initiatives, monitor and track performance, and make improvements as needed.
Quickly grasp the K-12 space, voice of the customer, and buyer and user personas for the Lunchbox product.
Communicate product requirements and priorities, and partner with our product owners, product designers, and developers to build and ship products on time that delight customers.
Evangelize of your product through the delivery of high-quality webinars as well as client, ELT, and company-wide presentations.
