Was inneed ofa thermostat housing for anolder Mercury vehicle that Ford told mewas now obsolete and only available aftermarket. Icalled the Napa Plainfield location, and the phone was promptly answered byBrett who immediately narrowed down what Ineeded, and the part involved. Tomake sure ofthe part, asthere were acouple ofchoices for myyear ofvehicle, heallowed meto text him photos sothat hecould beexact onthe request. After seeing myphotos, heimmediately assuredme, bytext, that hehad the correct part/parts and that they were instock.
When Icalled back, Italked toLeah, asBrett was busy, and she was fully aware ofthe information that Brett and Ihad talked about. Itwas nice tosee this store working asa “team” and able topick right upwith acustomer where someone else had leftoff. It's not uncommon nowadays tocall astore and besent toa vague voicemail oran attendant that doesn't know their “stuff”. Not only did Brett know his stuff, but healso shared the information with other employees sothat Iwas taken care ofwhen Icalled back. Ifelt that this was above and beyond the usual.… – show00
