Are the Ubisoft servers down right now? ›

User reports indicate no current problems at Ubisoft Connect.

You can earn Units every time you level up your Ubisoft account. To level up your Ubisoft account, you need to complete Ubisoft Connect Challenges.

You have a temporary lock on your account. You have met or exceeded your credit limit. You have exceeded your daily charge limit. The card is expired.

The "Service is unavailable" and "A Ubisoft Server is unavailable" error messages occur if you are trying to start an outdated version of Ubisoft Connect PC. These errors most commonly occur if you are installing an older Ubisoft game from a disc.

Make sure that Ubisoft Connect PC is not set to offline mode Using Ubisoft Connect PC in Offline mode may prevent you from being able to log in. Check whether Ubisoft Connect PC is running into connectivity issues Connectivity issues affecting your device can make you unable to log into the Desktop Application.

Background applications might interfere with the overlay. If you experience issues with the overlay, disable all background applications when launching Ubisoft Connect PC and your game. Make sure that Ubisoft Connect PC is not being blocked by any security software you have, such as a firewall or anti-virus.

Ubisoft stated in its end of 2020 fiscal year investor call in February 2021 that the company will start to make AAA game releases less of a focus and put more focus on mobile and freemium games following fiscal year 2022.

Update Ubisoft Connect PC to the latest version

An outdated version of the desktop app may cause login issues. Reinstalling Ubisoft Connect PC before logging in again may help resolve the issue.

Any Ubisoft Connect Units you earn will be added to your Ubisoft account automatically. Please note that it may take a few days before the Units appear in your account. The Units you have earned are bound to your Ubisoft account, and will expire after 24 months.

Free trial periods, such as a free weeks or weekends, give you an opportunity to try a Ubisoft game for free. To access a free trial period on Ubisoft Connect PC: • Launch Ubisoft Connect PC and log in your Ubisoft account. Go to the "Library" tab. Select "Free games"to view available free trial periods.

Ubisoft Free Events is also a good place to find currently available Ubisoft freebies such as demos, free trials and permanently free Ubisoft games (at the moment these are Trackmania, Might & Magic: Chess Royale, Hyper Scape and Rabbids Coding).

Check the expiration date and validity date of your card. Confirm that your balance or credit limit covers the payment. Make sure that recurring online transactions are enabled for your payment method account. If your payment method is no longer valid, you can update your subscription details at any time.

Empty your Ubisoft Connect PC cache folder

After emptying the cache, restart Ubisoft Connect PC and check whether your game appears in your library again. If you are unable to see your game after following the steps above, please contact us, attaching a screenshot of the proof of purchase of the game.

Check if you have redeemed the game on your Ubisoft account

If the game has been redeemed on another Ubisoft account, it will not appear in your current library of games. Please make sure that you are logged into the same Ubisoft account used to activate or redeem the game.
